It seems that Algeria Chaine 3 is off air [252 kHz] for at least today.
At the moment I can receive RTÉ Radio1 in Frankfurt/Germany on Longwave 252 kHz (20.10h UTC) with a pretty strong signal. Even at daytime I could catch the signal in an audible matter.Heinz Schulz to mwcircle iog (7 January 2023) (via https://mediumwave.info/news/ )
