During my December 2016 consulting trip to ISL, I noted that the 189 signal was far stronger even on Hrisey (island) to the north of Akureyri, so the 207 transmitter seemed to be a "fill-in" for regions of eastern Iceland experiencing a too-weak 189 signal. Earlier in another epoch, I made a recording of 207 ISL in Swansea, Wales (by the seashore) mixing with what I was certain was Morocco - February 1996. Steve McGreevy - N6NKS
