To quote Dave VE3KCL from QRSSKnights list:I am the guilty one transmitting the glyph on 10 bands from a garden U4B solar and battery powered garden dipole.
The antenna is a 3 band fan dipole at about 15' so off resonant antenna penetration is quite poor.

The transmission frequency varies as the voltage level of the battery from every 20 minutes to once an hour.
