I agree John. The site appears to be a dead shell of a once informative site. When I found this page, I just ignored the chaff and tried to find what had value concerning ULF. You're right, I see vlf.it has a good number of technical articles on elf. Seems there's a fair amount of technical interest in Europe on this topic.
