John, Try these steps to improve decoding signals while using a KiwiSDR. While receiving a signal, in the Kiwi control panel, click on the red arrow shaped in a circle. That starts the record function. After a short time, click the icon again to stop recording, and a file save box will pop up, or automatic to your download folder depending on your browser setting. The file name nicely documents the recording. You can then open your favorite audio processing software to manipulate the audio file to hopefully assist in decoding the ID. Audacity, and a few other programs can resample that file to 6kps which Argo will directly input and paint in real time or at file input speed. Mike 73
