I note that operation on LF ham bands requires prospective users to register with the Utilities Technology Council. I completed the "form" at their web page, and understand there is a 30 day period prior to receiving indication that operation is (or is not) permitted.However, I received no acknowledgment of the registration/submission, so my question to the group here is... is that normal?
Although it is early days in my activity as a ham, I figured it was worth seeing if LF/MF operations would be possible from PVC headquarters.
I'd be grateful to hear from other LWCA members on what to expect.
