I'm in southwestern NY state, very rural so minimal noise here. Given the lack on info online about this signal, it may be something fairly local to me. Seems to transmit daily for an hour or two early in the evening. At time of writing it is silent again. As for WWV, I am only getting 5, 10, and 15 at the moment. I can hear the loud top-of-minute beep on 2.5 but no copy on anything else.
