Thanks very much! I just read it, and it refers to the o-scope method I use. My assumption from other reading (referring to W1TAG) was that it needed to stay under 4mW for my half-wave dipole hung horizontally. On a given evening it might pop up from 0-10 percent of the time. One evening it came through N8GA 900 miles away really strong, so I turned it down to one milliwatt and could still pick it up.
