I used https://ourairports.com/world.html. One can look on a map and select all the things that are displayed by the three line menu at the upper right. I couldn't find some of the navaids you listed.
Also, https://ourairports.com/data/ has a navaids csv formatted file that can be used. The names don't always make sense, but the ident and frequency should be enough to figure things out.
