Thanks for that impromptu but thorough product review, Robert. I also appreciate how you expressed your philosophy of value for the money. I hope this fall to have an RF Explorer of my own, and a helper to act as my arms and legs in a field comparison between the WSub1G+ and my ComPower calibrated loop antenna. Candidly. I don't hold much hope of their firmware being able to allow a short whip to match a loop's precision at HF for compliance testing, but if its results are at least consistent from one measurement point to another, that would really be fantastic for checking antenna radiation patterns and gain. Exciting prospects!
