All:

I finished re-installing the WM Lowfer beacon today. It is operational with the same configuration as last year.

My trees are still fully loaded with green leaves so I expect coverage to be somewhat limited for now. My location is in a drought situation again so the ground has little moisture. I have however, captured a strong ground wave signal on the Edinburg, In. KiwiSDR this afternoon.

Find the beacon at 185300.3 Hz sending at FSKCW QRSS 60, then FSKCW QRSS 30, followed by the "WM" graphic at a QRSS 30 speed.

Related to this posting, I attempted to send this announcement to the Lowfer list run by the mailman.qth.net folks. I was told that my IP address is blocked because of spam reports. I use Starlink for my internet access, and they very frequently change IP number assignments so maybe if I resend the message in a few hours it might go thru because my IP has changed. I am tired of dealing with this issue with QTH.NET and am un-subscribing from the LowferList. Would someone who can still send messages to that List let then know that I can be contacted here or by direct email.

Thanks
