I'll have to go give a look, Sam. I've created a QRSS grabber to track this one on 22M https://qsl.net/k5mo/
I've watched this for months now. I suspect it runs 24/7/365 though the timing shifts a minute or so every day.
I cant tell if there's any modulation of it, or whether what I see is just artifacts from digitization.
