Seen another way, limitations are challenges - as you hint by suggesting alternative antenna designs.
Implementing WSPR would be an interesting subject, and certainly makes sense as this mode is so widely understood and accepted across Ham radio.
What is legally allowed is set out quite clearly IIRC, However, it might be of interest to LWCA members to publish a short primer in The LowDown, and include references to some of the legacy materials relating to LowFER activity and techniques. Perhaps 2-3 of us could take on this task? Yes, I'd be willing to participate.
With just these ideas, a framework emerges, so let's keep the discussion going.
