So, presumably since those 500 watts at, say, 8 kHz, would be going directly into a ground rod or array of ground rods or buried wires, there would be no FCC authorization or license required, no Part 15-like (license-free) regulations covering that? It’s an interesting thought, if correct, that there might not be any regulations on what one can pump into the ground. Anybody know?
