Thank you guys for the reports and information. I have been following all the solar activity and agree all the storms have had a large negative impact. But seeing that there is still a good carrier on 153 kHz as reported by Marcy is making me scratch my head. A few minutes before posting this I was parked on 162 kHz watching my NF and adjacent QRM carriers etc and all of a sudden all signals took an even deeper nose dive ! That told me everything I needed to know. I definitely got a flaky connection going on outside. Tomorrow I will be making some tests and get to the bottom of this.
