Thanks again, Gedas. Very interesting information. So looking at your waterfall, I’m wondering how a phase change applied to a pure carrier generates sidebands, ie frequencies above and below 162.000? Is it the fact that it’s a certain phase rotation (in radians) applied over a 0.1 sec time, ie something akin to a frequency (something per unit time)? The sidebands go away during the unmodulated period at the top of the minute. Very interesting stuff! 73, Bruce WA1HGJ
