Hi Ray. If you are using WSJT for your decoding you can enable all your decodes to be sent out to the several of the monitoring services (PSK Reporter, etc). that is what I used to do so if it was Bill he will see immediately that he had a decode from you. However, if you like you can always send him a quick e-mail and ask him if it was him or not. If it was not I am positive he would know who it is as nobody (but 10 billion mosquitos) live up in that area.
