Thanks Gedas-
I just did a search on them and I found a lot of hits that said they were on that frequency but I found some that said Algeria was on that frequency. I went to Radio Antena Satelor and could not find any reference to a long wave station. These are recent dates in these search items and you will see them both referred to. It's confusing. Romanian language is a romance language of several countries and we should be able to pick out a few words that sound like English words. They were under Ottoman rule until that empire was squashed so I think some of their music would sound Arabic. An example of Arabic sound in music would come from Andalusia of Spain. Many of European cultures have Arabic musical sounds to them. So, I don't know if they are really occupying that frequency. I hope the guy who wrote that Wikipedia article knew what he was talking about. By the way I think I get those 403 error codes when trying to post in here is because I misspell a lot of wordz.
