Just FYI, from what I have learned about Radio Romania on 153 kHz, they send a 1 kHz test tone every evening between 02:53-02:55 UTC. This would be a great time to have a listen for them as solid CW tones are way easier to detect than voice esp in the presence of a stronger station like radio Algeria on the same frequency. 73 Gedas W8BYA
