Thank you for recording that. 153 is one I have not been able to hear at all. I just haven't found the right Webb SDR yet. Of course trying to listen to it in Texas I hear nothing but do see the carrier.

I am still studying my noise issues. The power company has not turned off their SCADA polling in many days. Therefore I have not received the Binaca Blast. Tomorrow I should receive my EMI filters that I ordered. I could build them but it would cost a lot of money and time. These should isolate LED lights, computer power supplies and several other devices that flood my power system occasionally. As for the power company I have logged at least 12 channels in use at various times on their SCADA network. The modulation scheme on each channel is not ringing a bell with me. Each channel looks to be SSB but has discreet audio tones within. They are spaced evenly and have 2 to maybe 12 different tones. Not sure yet. They also have one that turns on and off that makes a DOT on my screen with maybe a second between each dot. All of these channels except the dot channel have a short burst of data every 10 (changes) seconds. I have been researching the various methods they use. Some articles say for polling data that they use SSB. I am seeing broad banded signals that may be on this power line. But I have not proven this yet. I think their meter network uses the same band as Key FOBS. When I get my VHF/UHF antenna up I will start looking for them.
