Hi Marcy, as I read the RSGB activators instructions, operation can take on any frequency available to British hams from 160 metres to 70 cm. Ironically, neither longwave amateur band is included. While SSB and FM are allowed in relevant band segments, plus the likes of CW, RTTY, PSK, FT4 and FT8, there's one further irony: no AM mode at all.
