John, so very sorry to hear of all the misery you have been and are going through. For what it is worth I do wish you a happy birthday. Here in Indiana I am wiping the blood from my ears caused by those storms you speak of. They are brutal tonight. But despite that the LW propagation is better tonight than it has been for the last 3 weeks, at least for me. I am able to hear that endless loop from the male announcer fade in and out between crashes and QSB up bubbles. Not the quality recordings I had hoped for but at least I have some recordings from the day this legendary giant was was put to sleep. 73 Gedas W8BYA
