Thanks so much for responding. I designed and built my own lopwass filter that works (according to my Spectrum Analyzer) well. I have the radios and just received some RG-6 and built some vertical preamps. And most recently a multicoupler. i just need to put them in a box and put up the antenna. Since I am having some difficulty putting up any more long wires, I will be making a loop that will go on a buddipole tripod that I can place on the ground, manual rotation for now. I am familiar with CLints writing on the FT-817 and am just finding out he was interested in LF. I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas and surroundings..I will drop a note to your QRZ as well. Thanks again!
