Sorry to hear that. If I may offer one piece of advice.....ALWAYS start by eliminating your own home. Ensure your radio or SDR/laptop are battery operated and a direct connection to the antenna with no grounding of any kind then kill the main power line breaker (not the individual breakers, THE main breaker) feeding your house and see what happens.
