I was curious, seeing this situation mentioned, so I looked for this carrier and observed it 0310z Mar 13, 2026. I noticed it while having my rx set up for the 2200m band to decode wspr and FST4W signals. You'll notice the sharp carrier at 153khz. I also attempted to hear modulation but heard nothing.
Antenna for rx was my DIY 2200m loopstick (notice the freq of the resonance peak) but it seemed to copy 153khz well enough. Screenshot:ibb.co/r2KvQBGW Ray ... swlem3 ... N.Central Texas
