Sorry to hear that Glenn. I have not heard of anything like that. Maybe call your power company and ask to speak to their technical dept and ask them if they are using PL signaling etc. I guess you could also drive around with a portable receiver that has LW coverage and sniff around different areas to see if any light up. 73 Gedas W8BYA
