They do have PL signaling. And it uses only a few narrow signals. But a few minutes after they shut their polling down the Binaca Blast hits. It last strongly for a few minutes. It diminishes with time. but I am left with noise for many hours. I am going to talk with them. I bet I wont get far. It looks to me that they have archaic equipment. It doesn't have precise frequency control on each channel. But when they shut it down it creates a wide band noise for hours. I am going to try a new antenna soon that may exclude them but it will point through that power line. I am just not sure where it emanates from.
