I was doing the same but mix 43 and 31 get the higher frequencies. I have interference on lower frequencies. It takes more of them to do the job. I have studied what the experts do and the consensus is to use differential and common mode filters with lower frequency materials to keep your power clean. I got tired of clipping Ferrite beads and toroids on everything. Big heavy cables with tons of extra room taken up. It did away with the higher frequency interference but the noise level at low frequencies was still bad. Some of the toroids meant for switching power supplies like MgZn work better but you don't find them in beads. Just toroid. I found one manufacturer that makes them but they are expensive. So I looked for an alternative. An emi filter designed for 10 Khz through 150 Mhz. When I get them and test them I will publish whether it was a success or not. I am betting it will be.
